At We Check, we offer our employee support and training assistance that includes coaching, performance management, team building, and recognition.

Consulting Services

We are pleased to offer customized consulting services to assist you leverage your Mystery Shopping results, build quality assurance programs and engage your team.

In partnership with our We Check Associate Consultant and your account representative, we would be happy to meet with you to discuss your needs in assisting you with building strong customer relationships to achieve your goals. Customized options in training, people development, leadership or organizational development are available. We offer various consultation arrangements (ie: one time, on-going and specified period), which can be arranged to take place on site, on the telephone or by virtual communication.

Facilitation

We would be pleased to facilitate sessions with you and your team. The following are some examples of what we can offer;

  • Customized Team Building (may include but not limited to general team motivation and/or customer experience focused)

Coaching

“Coach the Coach”
We develop creative solutions to assist managers and supervisors in developing and strengthening individual and team coaching skills. This may include, but is not limited to: guiding and supporting managers with communication of results, setting goals and action planning, motivating individuals and teams, enhancing change and/or performance management.

“Interaction Coaching”
We provide interactive coaching of employees to provide feedback on performance. This includes identification of employee strengths and areas of opportunity during interactions with customers.
